Lol…Okay, but for real. Hello! Today, I’ll be sharing my October monthly wrap-up! I took two weeks off from blogging, so this post will probably be pretty short (and include some extra fun stuff from this past month woo hoo!!).
What I wanted to read…
City of Fallen Angels (I am already 70 pages in, so I WILL read it this month!!!)
Why do I make goals? I never even stick to them. Does anyone else have this problem? Goals are fun to make, though!!
What I did read…
City of Fallen Angels; 5 stars
The Flip; 4 stars
Counted With the Stars; 5 stars
I am proud that I got through three books this month! I’m feeling the book stress right now. I’ve been sent a lot of books recently and I’m pushing to get them finished in the amount of time that I agreed to. It is also exciting, tho!! I feel so honored to be sent books as such a new blogger! In case you missed it, I talked about Blogging for Books in a past post. I get some of my books for review from that site! Also, I received The Flip from Tomoson, a site that has numerous items that can be reviewed.
Blog posts I wrote…
September Monthly Wrap-Up
Book Review: City of Fallen Angels
Book Haul #2
See, I told you I had a bad month. I really needed to take some time off, but I’m back for a little while! I have been writing posts in advance to keep up with it all. When I start school in January, don’t be surprised if I post less.
I feel like I always start to get into Harry Potter around this time of year. I really want to reread all of the books, but I just have so many new books that I always put first! I struggle with rereading books because I remember what all happened so I don’t feel as interested when I read it a second time.
Young & Hungry
THIS TV SHOW GUYS!!! IT IS SO GOOD!!! SO FUNNY!!! Young and Hungry has my humor through and through. I’m already on season four on Netflix and I wish there were more! I’m going to be so sad when I finish it. I have never liked comedies before, but they watch The Office in the breakroom during lunch where I work, so I started watching my own comedy. I’ll take recommendations for more comedy tv shows!! What are your favorites?
I miss this little guy so so sooooo much when I’m not at home. I don’t bring him with me because his friend/sibling (the family dog) is at home. There are also stairs where I am living and Koda can’t take stairs. He is just such a handsome boy and I can’t get enough of his cute little face!!
On the ‘gram…
Next month’s reading goals…
Shadow of the Storm
Unfathomable Chance (if I have time)
Well, this post ended up being pretty long! I thought I’d start adding some new categories to these posts for your enjoyment! What did you guys all read this month? What do you plan to read next month? Any current obsessions?
